John L. Bragg is Chairman, President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Oxford Frozen Foods Limited. He is Chairman of Bragg Communications Limited, which operates under the brand name of Eastlink. He is a director of the Toronto-Dominion Bank and Maple Leaf Foods Inc. He is also Chancellor of Mount Allison University. Mr. Bragg has served as a director of Sobeys Inc. since 1998 and previously served as a director for Canada Bread Limited. Mr. Bragg did not serve as a director of any other reporting issuers during the period from 2005 to 2010. Mr. Bragg was appointed an officer of the Order of Canada in November, 1996.
