Karl R. Sobey is President of Caribou River Investments Limited and JAFA Investments Limited. He has served as a director of Sobeys Inc. since 2007. He was President of the Atlantic Division of Sobeys Inc. until his retirement in 2001 after 27 years of service. Mr. Sobey did not serve as a director of any other reporting issuers during the period from 2006 to 2011.
